Refund policy

Starting a return. Start a return from your order status page (linked in your order confirmation email) or from your account at frymate.com/account. Once your return is approved, we'll email you the return instructions. Questions? Email support@fry-mate.com or call (833) 379-6283.

Return window and condition. Unopened products in their original carton can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be free of damage and in original condition, with no tampering of any kind.

Damaged or missing items. Report shortages or damage within 5 days of delivery.

Return shipping. The buyer pays return shipping. Please use a carrier with tracking.

Refunds. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
