How to claim
Fill out the claim form below with your order number and a photo of the issue. If the filter is defective, we’ll repair or replace it.
Not covered
- Misuse, abuse, alteration or accidents
- Improper or unauthorized repairs
- Punctures from foreign objects
- Normal basket wear on the mesh

Frymate LLC Limited Warranty
Coverage
This warranty covers all defects in workmanship and material for the filter manufactured by Frymate LLC and sold within the domestic United States and Canada.
This warranty covers only the original purchaser of the Frymate LLC filter. A receipt must be provided.
The handle and frame's welding are warranted for a period of (1) year from the date of purchase. The spot welding on the fine mesh is warranted for a period of (1) year from the date of purchase.
What actions will be taken
We’ll repair or replace the filter if it’s defective. Start a claim with your order number and a photo of the issue.
What this warranty does not cover
The warranty provided by Frymate LLC does not apply in the following instances:
- Damages due to misuse, abuse, alteration, or accidents
- Improper or unauthorized repair
- Puncture to fine mesh from foreign objects
- Fryer basket wear and tear on fine mesh
