Eligibility for Returns

- Obtain an RGA Number.
- Ensure the returned product includes copies of the purchase invoice and RGA.
- Use a carrier with tracking capabilities for return shipping.
Return Conditions
- Returns will not be processed without the product, purchase invoice, and RGA.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product(s).
- All products are subject to a 25% inspection and restocking fee.
- Products must be prepaid for freight when returned, or they will not be accepted.
- Report any shortages or damaged products within 5 days of receipt; otherwise, they will not be honored.
Refunds
- Credits from returns are determined after inspection of the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items
Tampered or altered Frymate International products or accessories void all ETL listings and warranty policies, making them non-returnable and non-refundable.
