Zesco Fryer Filters
For the Zesco GF90, the matching Frymate filter is the GF90. It rests under your baskets and catches the crumbs and breading that would otherwise sink, burn and darken the oil. Certain Comstock Castle fryers take the same tray, too.
Which Frymate filter fits your Zesco:
To pick the right one, find the model number on your fryer's data plate, usually inside the door or near the controls, and match it to the list above. Match the exact number, not just the series, because similar models can use different tanks. If your model isn't listed, send a photo of the data plate plus the tank's length and width to support@fry-mate.com, or call (833) 379-6283. We'll match it for you.
Frymate trays are 304 stainless steel with 550-micron mesh. With less carbon in the tank, oil can last up to 40% longer and food keeps its golden color. Cleaning is quick: lift it out with the handle, knock the crumbs into the trash, rinse and return it.
