Standard Range Fryer Filters
For the Standard Range SR F3 NG, the matching Frymate filter is the VF35 Series 2. It lives at the bottom of the tank, below the baskets, and traps the bits of batter and breading that settle out while you fry. Certain Frymaster, Globe, Gusto, Kona and Pitco fryers take the same tray, too.

To pick the right one, find the model number on your fryer's data plate, usually inside the door or near the controls, and match it to the list above. Use the full model number rather than the series name, since close models don't always share a tank size. Every Frymate filter is 304 stainless steel, and the 550-micron mesh is fine enough to catch breading dust. With less carbon in the tank, oil can last up to 40% longer and food keeps its golden color. Cleaning is quick: lift it out with the handle, knock the crumbs into the trash, rinse and return it.
