South Bend Fryer Filters
If you run a South Bend SB65S fryer, the Frymate SG18 is the filter tray made for its tank. Dropped in below the baskets, it collects the crumbs that fall during service so they come out of the oil instead of scorching in it. The SG18 tray also fits certain Anets, Dean, Frymaster, Henny Penny, Imperial and Pitco models; the product page lists them all.
Which Frymate filter fits your South Bend:
To pick the right one, find the model number on your fryer's data plate, usually inside the door or near the controls, and match it to the list above. Match the exact number, not just the series, because similar models can use different tanks. Model not here? Call (833) 379-6283 or email support@fry-mate.com with a data plate photo and the tank's length and width, and a fit specialist will check it.
Each tray is built from 304 stainless steel with a fine 550-micron mesh. Pulling debris out before it chars can make oil last up to 40% longer, which cuts one of a kitchen's biggest running costs. There's nothing to replace. Lift, tap, rinse, and it's ready for the next service.
