Sierra Fryer Filters
Sierra kitchens can choose from 2 Frymate filter trays, matched to 2 Sierra fryer models. Every tray rests below the baskets and traps falling breading and batter so it can't scorch in the oil. Certain Avantco, Blue Flame, Entree, Globe, ICB and Ikon MVP fryers take the same trays, too.
Which Frymate filter fits your Sierra:
Start with the model number. On most Sierra fryers it's printed on the data plate inside the door or close to the controls. Find that number in the list above and you have your filter. Match the exact number, not just the series, because similar models can use different tanks. Model not here? The trays are 304 stainless, with 550-micron mesh that stops small crumbs, not just big pieces. Keeping burnt crumbs out of the oil helps it last up to 40% longer, so you buy and change oil less often. Cleaning is quick: lift it out with the handle, knock the crumbs into the trash, rinse and return it.
