Seagate Fryer Filters
If you run a Seagate SGF-75 fryer, the Frymate SG18 is the filter tray made for its tank. Dropped in below the baskets, it collects the crumbs that fall during service so they come out of the oil instead of scorching in it. Certain Anets, Dean, Frymaster, Henny Penny, Imperial and Pitco fryers take the same tray, too.
Which Frymate filter fits your Seagate:
Start with the model number. On most Seagate fryers it's printed on the data plate inside the door or close to the controls. Find that number in the list above and you have your filter. Use the full model number rather than the series name, since close models don't always share a tank size. Don't see your model? Every Frymate filter is 304 stainless steel, and the 550-micron mesh is fine enough to catch breading dust. With less carbon in the tank, oil can last up to 40% longer and food keeps its golden color. At the end of a shift, lift the tray out, tap it over the bin and drop it back in.
