Saba Fryer Filters
If you run a Saba GF85 fryer, the Frymate FF518 is the filter tray made for its tank. It rests under your baskets and catches the crumbs and breading that would otherwise sink, burn and darken the oil. The FF518 tray also fits certain Blue Flame, Entree, Globe, ICB, Ikon MVP and Iron Range models; the product page lists them all.
Which Frymate filter fits your Saba:
To pick the right one, find the model number on your fryer's data plate, usually inside the door or near the controls, and match it to the list above. Use the full model number rather than the series name, since close models don't always share a tank size. Model not here? Call (833) 379-6283 or email support@fry-mate.com with a data plate photo and the tank's length and width, and a fit specialist will check it.
The trays are 304 stainless, with 550-micron mesh that stops small crumbs, not just big pieces. With less carbon in the tank, oil can last up to 40% longer and food keeps its golden color. It comes out in seconds for a tap and rinse, then goes straight back under the baskets.
