Collection:
Pitco Fryer Filters
There are 8 Frymate filters for Pitco fryers, and each one is sized to a specific group of Pitco tanks (25 models in total). They all do the same job: sit under the baskets and catch the debris that would otherwise char and break down your oil.

Start with the model number. On most Pitco fryers it's printed on the data plate inside the door or close to the controls. Find that number in the list above and you have your filter. Use the full model number rather than the series name, since close models don't always share a tank size. Don't see your model? Email a photo of the data plate and the tank's length and width to support@fry-mate.com or call (833) 379-6283, and we'll confirm the fit before you order.
The trays are 304 stainless, with 550-micron mesh that stops small crumbs, not just big pieces. Keeping burnt crumbs out of the oil helps it last up to 40% longer, so you buy and change oil less often. At the end of a shift, lift the tray out, tap it over the bin and drop it back in.
