Jet Fryer Filters
Frymate's LG300 filter tray is cut to fit the Jet JFF3-40L, so it sits flat on the bottom of the fry pot instead of sliding around. It rests under your baskets and catches the crumbs and breading that would otherwise sink, burn and darken the oil. The LG300 tray also fits certain Comstock Castle, Entree, Hobart, JaxPro, Patriot and Qualite models; the product page lists them all.
Which Frymate filter fits your Jet:
Start with the model number. On most Jet fryers it's printed on the data plate inside the door or close to the controls. Find that number in the list above and you have your filter. Use the full model number rather than the series name, since close models don't always share a tank size. Model not here? Each tray is built from 304 stainless steel with a fine 550-micron mesh. Keeping burnt crumbs out of the oil helps it last up to 40% longer, so you buy and change oil less often. Cleaning is quick: lift it out with the handle, knock the crumbs into the trash, rinse and return it.
