Iron Range Fryer Filters
There are 2 Frymate filters for Iron Range fryers, and each one is sized to a specific group of Iron Range tanks (3 models in total). Every tray rests below the baskets and traps falling breading and batter so it can't scorch in the oil. Certain Blue Flame, Entree, Globe, ICB, Ikon MVP and Imperial fryers take the same trays, too.

To pick the right one, find the model number on your fryer's data plate, usually inside the door or near the controls, and match it to the list above. Use the full model number rather than the series name, since close models don't always share a tank size. Each tray is built from 304 stainless steel with a fine 550-micron mesh. With less carbon in the tank, oil can last up to 40% longer and food keeps its golden color. It comes out in seconds for a tap and rinse, then goes straight back under the baskets.
