Imperial Fryer Filters
There are 5 Frymate filters for Imperial fryers, and each one is sized to a specific group of Imperial tanks (6 models in total). They all do the same job: sit under the baskets and catch the debris that would otherwise char and break down your oil.
Which Frymate filter fits your Imperial:
To pick the right one, find the model number on your fryer's data plate, usually inside the door or near the controls, and match it to the list above. Copy the whole number, including letters at the end like the ones in IFS-40-E, because they can point to a different tank. If your model isn't listed, send a photo of the data plate plus the tank's length and width to support@fry-mate.com, or call (833) 379-6283. We'll match it for you.
Each tray is built from 304 stainless steel with a fine 550-micron mesh. Less scorched debris means oil that lasts up to 40% longer and fried food that tastes clean, not bitter. At the end of a shift, lift the tray out, tap it over the bin and drop it back in.
