Ikon MVP Fryer Filters
If you run a Ikon MVP IGF75 fryer, the Frymate FF518 is the filter tray made for its tank. It rests under your baskets and catches the crumbs and breading that would otherwise sink, burn and darken the oil. Certain Blue Flame, Entree, Globe, ICB, Iron Range and Kintera fryers take the same tray, too.
Which Frymate filter fits your Ikon MVP:
Start with the model number. On most Ikon MVP fryers it's printed on the data plate inside the door or close to the controls. Find that number in the list above and you have your filter. Match the exact number, not just the series, because similar models can use different tanks. Don't see your model? Email a photo of the data plate and the tank's length and width to support@fry-mate.com or call (833) 379-6283, and we'll confirm the fit before you order.
The trays are 304 stainless, with 550-micron mesh that stops small crumbs, not just big pieces. Pulling debris out before it chars can make oil last up to 40% longer, which cuts one of a kitchen's biggest running costs. Cleaning is quick: lift it out with the handle, knock the crumbs into the trash, rinse and return it.
