ICB Fryer Filters
For the ICB F5-N, the matching Frymate filter is the FF518. It rests under your baskets and catches the crumbs and breading that would otherwise sink, burn and darken the oil. The FF518 tray also fits certain Blue Flame, Entree, Globe, Ikon MVP, Iron Range and Kintera models; the product page lists them all.

To pick the right one, find the model number on your fryer's data plate, usually inside the door or near the controls, and match it to the list above. Copy the whole number, including letters at the end like the ones in F5-N, because they can point to a different tank. Model not here? The trays are 304 stainless, with 550-micron mesh that stops small crumbs, not just big pieces. With less carbon in the tank, oil can last up to 40% longer and food keeps its golden color. At the end of a shift, lift the tray out, tap it over the bin and drop it back in.
