Hobart Fryer Filters
Frymate's LG300 filter tray is cut to fit the Hobart EF3, so it sits flat on the bottom of the fry pot instead of sliding around. It rests under your baskets and catches the crumbs and breading that would otherwise sink, burn and darken the oil. Certain Comstock Castle, Entree, JaxPro, Jet, Patriot and Qualite fryers take the same tray, too.
Which Frymate filter fits your Hobart:
Start with the model number. On most Hobart fryers it's printed on the data plate inside the door or close to the controls. Find that number in the list above and you have your filter. Use the full model number rather than the series name, since close models don't always share a tank size. If your model isn't listed, send a photo of the data plate plus the tank's length and width to support@fry-mate.com, or call (833) 379-6283. We'll match it for you.
Each tray is built from 304 stainless steel with a fine 550-micron mesh. With less carbon in the tank, oil can last up to 40% longer and food keeps its golden color. There's nothing to replace. Lift, tap, rinse, and it's ready for the next service.
