Gusto Fryer Filters
If you run a Gusto GUSFRY40 fryer, the Frymate VF35 Series 2 is the filter tray made for its tank. It rests under your baskets and catches the crumbs and breading that would otherwise sink, burn and darken the oil. The VF35 Series 2 tray also fits certain Frymaster, Globe, Kona, Pitco and Standard Range models; the product page lists them all.

To pick the right one, find the model number on your fryer's data plate, usually inside the door or near the controls, and match it to the list above. Match the exact number, not just the series, because similar models can use different tanks. Model not here? Each tray is built from 304 stainless steel with a fine 550-micron mesh. Pulling debris out before it chars can make oil last up to 40% longer, which cuts one of a kitchen's biggest running costs. Cleaning is quick: lift it out with the handle, knock the crumbs into the trash, rinse and return it.
