Globe Fryer Filters
Globe kitchens can choose from 3 Frymate filter trays, matched to 3 Globe fryer models. They all do the same job: sit under the baskets and catch the debris that would otherwise char and break down your oil.
Which Frymate filter fits your Globe:
Start with the model number. On most Globe fryers it's printed on the data plate inside the door or close to the controls. Find that number in the list above and you have your filter. Match the exact number, not just the series, because similar models can use different tanks. If your model isn't listed, send a photo of the data plate plus the tank's length and width to support@fry-mate.com, or call (833) 379-6283. We'll match it for you.
Each tray is built from 304 stainless steel with a fine 550-micron mesh. Less scorched debris means oil that lasts up to 40% longer and fried food that tastes clean, not bitter. At the end of a shift, lift the tray out, tap it over the bin and drop it back in.
