Garland Fryer Filters
For the Garland 35-280SP and M35SS, the matching Frymate filter is the MJ35. It lives at the bottom of the tank, below the baskets, and traps the bits of batter and breading that settle out while you fry. The MJ35 tray also fits certain Frymaster models; the product page lists them all.
Which Frymate filter fits your Garland:
The quickest way to choose is the data plate: open the fryer door or look near the controls, note the model number, then find it in the list above. Use the full model number rather than the series name, since close models don't always share a tank size. Model not here? Call (833) 379-6283 or email support@fry-mate.com with a data plate photo and the tank's length and width, and a fit specialist will check it.
Each tray is built from 304 stainless steel with a fine 550-micron mesh. Pulling debris out before it chars can make oil last up to 40% longer, which cuts one of a kitchen's biggest running costs. Cleaning is quick: lift it out with the handle, knock the crumbs into the trash, rinse and return it.
