eQuipped Fryer Filters
eQuipped fryers are sold through KaTom. Frymate's LG300 filter tray is cut to fit the eQuipped F3-N, so it sits flat on the bottom of the fry pot instead of sliding around. It rests under your baskets and catches the crumbs and breading that would otherwise sink, burn and darken the oil. Certain Comstock Castle, Entree, Hobart, JaxPro, Jet and Patriot fryers take the same tray, too.

The quickest way to choose is the data plate: open the fryer door or look near the controls, note the model number, then find it in the list above. Copy the whole number, including letters at the end like the ones in F3-N, because they can point to a different tank. Frymate trays are 304 stainless steel with 550-micron mesh. With less carbon in the tank, oil can last up to 40% longer and food keeps its golden color. It comes out in seconds for a tap and rinse, then goes straight back under the baskets.
