Frymate trays are 304 stainless steel with 550-micron mesh. Less scorched debris means oil that lasts up to 40% longer and fried food that tastes clean, not bitter. Cleaning is quick: lift it out with the handle, knock the crumbs into the trash, rinse and return it.
