Copper Beech Fryer Filters
Frymate makes 2 stainless steel filter trays that fit Copper Beech fryers, covering 2 Copper Beech models. Each tray sits on the bottom of the fry pot, under the baskets, and catches crumbs before they burn. These trays also fit certain Anets, Apollo, Atosa CookRite, Cecilware, Comstock Castle and Cooler Depot models; the product page lists them all.
Which Frymate filter fits your Copper Beech:
Start with the model number. On most Copper Beech fryers it's printed on the data plate inside the door or close to the controls. Find that number in the list above and you have your filter. Match the exact number, not just the series, because similar models can use different tanks. If your model isn't listed, send a photo of the data plate plus the tank's length and width to support@fry-mate.com, or call (833) 379-6283. We'll match it for you.
The trays are 304 stainless, with 550-micron mesh that stops small crumbs, not just big pieces. Pulling debris out before it chars can make oil last up to 40% longer, which cuts one of a kitchen's biggest running costs. There's nothing to replace. Lift, tap, rinse, and it's ready for the next service.
