Collection:
Cecilware Fryer Filters
Cecilware kitchens can choose from 2 Frymate filter trays, matched to 2 Cecilware fryer models. Each tray sits on the bottom of the fry pot, under the baskets, and catches crumbs before they burn. Certain Anets, Apollo, Atosa CookRite, Comstock Castle, Cooler Depot and Copper Beech fryers take the same trays, too.
Which Frymate filter fits your Cecilware:
Start with the model number. On most Cecilware fryers it's printed on the data plate inside the door or close to the controls. Find that number in the list above and you have your filter. Match the exact number, not just the series, because similar models can use different tanks. Don't see your model? Email a photo of the data plate and the tank's length and width to support@fry-mate.com or call (833) 379-6283, and we'll confirm the fit before you order.
Frymate trays are 304 stainless steel with 550-micron mesh. Keeping burnt crumbs out of the oil helps it last up to 40% longer, so you buy and change oil less often. It comes out in seconds for a tap and rinse, then goes straight back under the baskets.
