Blue Flame Fryer Filters
Frymate's FF518 filter tray is cut to fit the Blue Flame BFF80, so it sits flat on the bottom of the fry pot instead of sliding around. It rests under your baskets and catches the crumbs and breading that would otherwise sink, burn and darken the oil. The FF518 tray also fits certain Entree, Globe, ICB, Ikon MVP, Iron Range and Kintera models; the product page lists them all.

The quickest way to choose is the data plate: open the fryer door or look near the controls, note the model number, then find it in the list above. Use the full model number rather than the series name, since close models don't always share a tank size. Frymate trays are 304 stainless steel with 550-micron mesh. With less carbon in the tank, oil can last up to 40% longer and food keeps its golden color. There's nothing to replace. Lift, tap, rinse, and it's ready for the next service.
