Avantco Fryer Filters
If you run a Avantco EF-40 fryer, the Frymate TK45 is the filter tray made for its tank. It lives at the bottom of the tank, below the baskets, and traps the bits of batter and breading that settle out while you fry. The TK45 tray also fits certain Pitco and Sierra models; the product page lists them all.
Which Frymate filter fits your Avantco:
To pick the right one, find the model number on your fryer's data plate, usually inside the door or near the controls, and match it to the list above. Match the exact number, not just the series, because similar models can use different tanks. Don't see your model? Email a photo of the data plate and the tank's length and width to support@fry-mate.com or call (833) 379-6283, and we'll confirm the fit before you order.
Every Frymate filter is 304 stainless steel, and the 550-micron mesh is fine enough to catch breading dust. With less carbon in the tank, oil can last up to 40% longer and food keeps its golden color. Cleaning is quick: lift it out with the handle, knock the crumbs into the trash, rinse and return it.
