Atosa CookRite Fryer Filters
Atosa sells its fryers under the CookRite name. Frymate makes 2 stainless steel filter trays that fit Atosa CookRite fryers, covering 3 Atosa CookRite models. Each tray sits on the bottom of the fry pot, under the baskets, and catches crumbs before they burn. Certain American Range, Cecilware, Comstock Castle, Cookline, Cooler Depot and Copper Beech fryers take the same trays, too.
Which Frymate filter fits your Atosa CookRite:
The quickest way to choose is the data plate: open the fryer door or look near the controls, note the model number, then find it in the list above. Match the exact number, not just the series, because similar models can use different tanks. If your model isn't listed, send a photo of the data plate plus the tank's length and width to support@fry-mate.com, or call (833) 379-6283. We'll match it for you.
Every Frymate filter is 304 stainless steel, and the 550-micron mesh is fine enough to catch breading dust. Pulling debris out before it chars can make oil last up to 40% longer, which cuts one of a kitchen's biggest running costs. There's nothing to replace. Lift, tap, rinse, and it's ready for the next service.
