American Range Fryer Filters
For the American Range AF50 and AF45, the matching Frymate filter is the AF45. It rests under your baskets and catches the crumbs and breading that would otherwise sink, burn and darken the oil. The AF45 tray also fits certain Atosa CookRite, Cookline, Entree, Imperial, Migali and Patriot models; the product page lists them all.

The quickest way to choose is the data plate: open the fryer door or look near the controls, note the model number, then find it in the list above. Match the exact number, not just the series, because similar models can use different tanks. Each tray is built from 304 stainless steel with a fine 550-micron mesh. With less carbon in the tank, oil can last up to 40% longer and food keeps its golden color. At the end of a shift, lift the tray out, tap it over the bin and drop it back in.
